Recipes
You will need:
Fish (whole or sliced) - 1 kg
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Oil (for frying) - As needed
National Fried Fish Recipe Mix - 1 packet
Cooking method:
Marination 30 Mins
Cooking 20 mins
Serves 5-6 persons
Mix garlic, lemon juice and National Fried Fish Recipe Mix in a bowl. Rub on to the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
Fry the marinated fish in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
Sprinkle National Chaat Masala and serve with National Tangy Tamarind Chutney.
