Recipes
You will need:
Chicken (8 pieces) - 2 kg
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice / Vinegar - 8 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
National Chicken Tikka Recipe Mix - 1 packet
Cooking method:
Marination 3-4 hours
Cooking 30-40 mins
Serves 6-8 persons
Make shallow cuts on the chicken pieces. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade. Add chicken pieces and rub the marinade generously onto them. Cover and set aside for 3-4 hours.
Skewer the chicken pieces and place them over low heat on charcoal/gas grill.
Alternatively, place the chicken pieces on grill pan and grill on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once golden brown, brush the tikkas with oil and grill evenly on all sides until the meat is tender and done.
Serve with salad and chutney.
