You will need!
Chicken (boneless cubes) - 1 kg
Butter - 3-4 tbsp (60 g)
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Fresh milk - 1 1/2 cup
Fresh cream - 3/4 cup
National Butter Chicken Recipe Mix - 1 packet
Cooking method:
Preparation 10 mins
Cooking 20-25 mins
Serves 6-8 persons
Fry chicken cubes in butter until light brown. Add tomato paste and National Butter Chicken Recipe Mix. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add milk and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
Stir in fresh cream, mix well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Then remove from heat.
Garnish with cilantro/fresh coriander leaves and serve with hot naan or boiled rice.
