Not suitable for microwave re-heating.; Hob - From Chilled. Pre-heat pan on a medium heat. Add a little oil and pan-fry sausages for 4-5 mins, turning frequently until lightly-browned.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6. Place sausages on a baking tray, lightly coat with oil, and re-heat for 10-12 mins, turning frequently.
