To serve 4 people. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Dice 4 chicken breasts. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to a frying pan. Fry the diced chicken until browned and sealed. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Add the sauce. Cover the dish with a lid. Cook in pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
