15-20 mins
Before cooking: place 400ml cold water on the hob. Rinse 100g of quinoa.
During cooking: bring to the boil and add the rinsed quinoa. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until most of the water has been absorbed. Drain: drain well and stand for 5 minutes. Separate with a fork and use as required.
