Serves 3. Heat 1 Tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once hot, add 280g of diced chicken breast and fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in the jar of sauce and simmer gently over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice.
For a vegetarian alternative use a variety of vegetables or meat free alternative. Serve immediately.
