Just Add:
Self-raising flour, water and salt.

What You'll Need for Dumplings:
45g vegetable suet
100g self-raising flour
75ml cold water
A pinch of salt
A mixing bowl
A little flour for dusting
Your favourite stew or soup

How to Make Perfect Dumplings:
1. Prepare your favourite stew or soup and cook until it's almost ready.
2. Empty the flour, suet and salt into a mixing bowl and slowly add the cold water, mixing as you go.
3. When the mixture is combined, divide it into about eight equal-sized balls and shape the balls with a little flour on your hands.
4. Now, place the dumplings into your stew or soup and leave them to cook for around 20 minutes.
5. Then just serve and enjoy.

Top Tip:
Why not try adding 1/2 a teaspoon of suet to your Yorkshire pudding mix for an extra crispy finish?
