Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 10 minutes (800w), 9 minutes 30 seconds (900w).
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
Remove outer packaging and remove film lid.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
