Serving suggestions
Add 35g seasoning (1 pouch) to 2/2.5kg turkey. Mix 1 part seasoning to 3 parts oil. Rub the seasoning paste all over the skin of the turkey and roast accordingly to turkey size and weight. Cover with foil and remove for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
