Chicken Tikka Curry (serves 4)
Also great with prawns
You will need:
- 1 jar Morrisons Tikka paste
- 500g diced chicken breast
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 50ml double cream
Method
1. Add the Tikka paste to the pan, fry for 3 mins over a medium heat.
2. Add the chicken and fry for 3 mins.
3. Add the tomatoes, stir and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Just before serving, stir in the cream. Finishing touch... Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander.
