Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains. If the product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 15 min
Remove from packaging and place the steaks under a pre-heated medium-heat grill, turning halfway through cooking.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 20 min
Preheat your oven as shown.
Remove all packaging and heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Sear the steaks for 1 to 2 minutes turning frequently. Place in a casserole or oven dish, cover with stock and gently cook.
