Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Medium heat - Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Heat a frying pan on a high heat with a teaspoon of oil until it's searing hot, then reduce it to a medium heat and carefully place the steaks in the centre of the pan.
Rare: Cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Medium: Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Well done: Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Sear along the edges of the steak before taking it off the heat. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
