Like this white Douro where the stunning terraced vineyards are cooled by the breeze from the river during the day, while cool nights give freshness to the grapes on the vines, creating a crisp, floral wine with a rich mouthfeel.

The Douro grapes are sourced from the eastern part of the Douro Superior, where vineyards planted at high altitudes benefit from a continental climate marked by hot, dry summers and cold winters. These demanding conditions, combined with the region's poor schist soils, encourage the vines to develop deep root systems, resulting in naturally low yields and grapes of exceptional concentration and quality.
