Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). After 6 minutes, peel back film lid. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir rice and sauce separately. Recover and return to the
Microwave to cook for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W), 3 minutes (800W). Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, peel back film lid. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir rice and sauce separately. Recover and return to the oven to cook for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
