Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 7 minutes 30 seconds stirring frequently.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove lid and gently place back on top of container. Place on a non-metallic plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 7 minutes (800w). Stir half way through heating. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
