Our Signature Soave Classico's a real beauty-o. The fruits are picked from the vineyards in the oldest part of Verona, and as you know, with age comes excellence. Generations have enjoyed Soave from this area, so who are we to argue? Before you take a mouthful, take a sniff because Soave's fabulously floral aromas give you a promise of what's to come. So fragrant and fresh, the crisp apple flavours are a great match for spaghetti with prawns and mussels tossed through and dressed with a glug of olive oil. If you prefer something naughty and creamy, then try a glass with a bowl of risotto with plenty of parmesan scattered over the top. This is a great wine to linger over, so enjoy it the Italian way - over a long lunch.

The inspiration for our wine collection comes from our wine experts, who are passionate about sourcing exceptional quality wines from the world's finest wine producers.
Like this Soave Classico made in partnership with Cantina di Soave in the Veneto region of Italy. We travel to Northern Italy each year to create a unique blend from Garganega grapes. The term Classico is only used for grapes grown within the historic region.

History - "CANTINA DI SOAVE" began in 1898. Nowadays it is one of oldest and biggest wine-producer in Italy, very well known for its quality and reliability. We are absolute leader with VERONA-wines (Soave, Bardolino, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, etc) and other VENETO-wines (Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot). Our philosophy is: "From vine, to grape, to bottle". The vineyards are located in the area of Verona (Veneto) and cover an area of 6,000 hectares, 70% Doc and Docg.

Bottle - Glass - Widely Recycled

This wine made with Garganega grapes from hillsides of the Classico zone. In the same harvest day the grapes are gently pressed with pneumatic machine, then decanted in steel tanks. Fermentation at controlled temperature (17-18°C), for 10-12days. Then the wine stays on fine marcs for 5-6months. After the treatment with fine marcs the wine will be cleaned and stocked in steel tanks before bottling.
