Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Empty the contents of the sachet into a small saucepan along with the 2-3 tablespoons of the retained cooking juices. Heat gently over a medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Serve with the beef.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully remove the foil and baste with the cooking juices. Re-cover and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, drain off the cooking juices and retain 2-3 tablespoons to prepare the jus. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
