Does not contain live mussels, some shells may be open prior to reheating.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and film. Empty contents into a saucepan and cover. Heat over medium/high heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally during reheating. Discard any mussels that have not opened.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve, pierce film lid in several places and place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (800w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w). Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (800w, 900w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Discard any mussels that have not opened.
