Microwave - From Defrost

To defrost place the desired quantity of prawns in a non-metallic bowl and cover with cling film. Allow to defrost in a refrigerator overnight, or for at least 12 hours.
Drain well before serving and use within 24 hours.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen

Remove all packaging.
Heat 1 tablespoon min (15ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add prawns and stir-fry over a medium heat until prawns are just turning pink.
