Inspired by the birthplace of pizza, our Neapolitan-style base is carefully handcrafted using sourdough, Italian rye and olive oil. It's then wood-fired using beech wood on Italian lava stones - creating an irresistible crust that's crisp on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside.

200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 10-12 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging including the base board. Re-arrange topping as necessary. Place pizza directly on the middle shelf and cook until cheese has melted. For a crispier eat place the cooked pizza on a raised wire rack for 1 minute.
