Place on a microwavable plate for 8 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 9 minutes (800w). Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove film lid and return to the oven to cook for a further 25 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
