Fill the pan with water to half the height of the basin and cover. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the pan to boil dry. Leave to stand for 1 minute, remove film lid, then invert on to a serving plate. To release the pudding, press base of bowl before lifting.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place upright on a non-metallic plate. Heat on full power for 1 minute (900w/800w). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute (900w), or 1 minute 30 seconds (800w). Leave to stand for 1 minute, remove film lid, then invert on to a serving plate. To release the pudding, press base of bowl before lifting.; Steam - From Ambient. Remove outer packaging, do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water for 1 hour. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the pan to boil dry. Leave to stand for 1 minute, remove film lid, then invert on to a serving plate. To release the pudding, press base of bowl before lifting.
