Handle carefully to avoid scalding.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate and cook for 8 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 9 minutes (800w). Stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
