Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Partially peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute 45 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
