How to cook
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Hob / Oven 4-5 min + 90 min
Serves 3. Pre-heat your oven to 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas Mark 3. Heat 1 Tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once hot, add 330g of diced beef and fry for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Stir in the jar of sauce and 1/3 of a jar of water, cover with lid and cook in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
