Remove sleeve and slightly peel film back and remove dressing sachet. Place film back down and place tray directly into microwave. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, pour dressing over vegetables and stir well before serving.
Warning
When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.
