Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving Do not reheat.
Pre-heat oven to 200C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6 Remove all packaging. Coat the potatoes in the potato flakes in a large bowl. Spread the potatoes evenly on a pre-heated m baking tray. Drizzle the sachet of goose fat over the potatoes evenly and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 45-50 minutes. Turn occasionally throughout cooking.
In foil tray - Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove film lid. Coat the potatoes in the potato flakes and drizzle the sachet of goose fat over the potatoes evenly. Place the foil tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 55-60 minutes. Turn occasionally throughout cooking.

Care should be taken as tray will be very hot.
