Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Then turn the potatoes and ensure they are separated and covered in goose fat and cook for a further 35-40 minutes, turning the potatoes several times. Alternatively, remove all packaging. Transfer potatoes onto a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 50-55 minutes, turning the potatoes several times. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
