Remove outer packaging, do not remove film lid. Place sachet to one side. Use a saucepan with a trivet or heat resistant saucer in the base to avoid direct heat. Put the basin on the trivet/saucer. Fill the pan with water to half the height of the basin and cover. Bring to the boil and simmer. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the pan to boil dry. Leave to stand for 1 minute, remove film lid, then invert on to a serving plate. To release the pudding, press the base of bowl before lifting. Place the sachet of butterscotch sauce in a bowl of boiling water for 3 minutes and pour over the pudding before serving.; Microwave - From Ambient. 900w, 1 min 50 sec
