Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.

When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate and cook for 8 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 9 minutes (800w). Stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes remove film lid and return to the oven to cook for a further 20 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
