Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times over both compartments. Place product onto a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 4 minutes (900w/800w). Peel back film lid and stir both compartments well and recover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170ºC/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 45-50 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-Heat your oven to 190ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas mark 5.
