Allow approximately 75g per person. Place pasta in a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water. Stir and return to the boil. Cook for 15 minutes for 'al dente' or 17 minutes for a softer texture. Drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe.; Multiple - From Ambient. 3-5 min + 20 min
It is recommended to blanch the best conchiglioni rigati pasta before filling the pasta with your desired recipe. Place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain and then fill shells. Place shells in an ovenproof dish, top with your favourite sauce and bake at 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas mark 4 for 20 minutes.
