Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Wrap cod loin loosely in foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 19-23 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil over a high heat then reduce to medium. Remove all packaging and place cod in the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat until the fish is cooked 3/4 of the way through. Turn the portion over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
