During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w, 3 min 30 sec

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power.
After cooking, remove film lid and stir well. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 25 min
