Bottle - Glass - Widely Recycled

Harvest occurred in mid-April, catching all the coastal Maipo valley character with slow grape ripening. After harvest, a cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation for around a week included an extra layer of dark wild berries and better concentration. Fermentation temperature was then maintained between 25°C and 28°C until the end. Finally, after alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred immediately out of the skins to keep the clean fruit character.
