We source grapes from the Maipo Valley, just set back from the Pacific Ocean and a region which produces some of Chile's most famous red wines.

The grapes for this wine are sourced from the Colchagua Valley. The valley is located in the southern sector of the greater Rapel Valley. Irrigated by the Tinguiririca River, the climate is temperate throughout the year, its maritime influence moderating extreme temperatures. The vineyards stretch to the foothills of the Andes Mountains and must be carefully managed to control the soil´s natural vigour. This is a haven for Merlot and Viognier

Bottle - Glass - Widely Recycled

Grapes destemmed and crushed after a brief cool maceration, full fermentation starts running at 27 ° C for 7 days at pump over for colour extraction. The alcoholic fermentation is followed by natural malolactic fermentation, after separation from the grape solids. The finished wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. The wine is naturally tartrate stable and ready for bottling after final filtration.
