Bottle - Glass - Widely Recycled

Harvested early in mid-March to preserve freshness and fruit character, the grapes underwent two fermentation methods. First, carbonic maceration to capture vibrant fruit intensity. Second, a week-long cold maceration to add layers of dark wild berries and deeper concentration. Fermentation was carefully controlled between 22-26°C. The wine was then aged 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in French Burgundy barrels for 10 months, creating a beautifully balanced Pinot Noir with pure fruit flavours.
