Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish.
Cover with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and discard foil. Return to the oven for further 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
