Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 4 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 15 minutes. Peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.
