When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 50 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Remove film lid and continue to cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30 min
