Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove film lid and continue to cook for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 25-30 min
