Inspired by the birthplace of pizza, our Neapolitan-style base is carefully handcrafted using finely-milled '00' flour, a 24 hour slow fermented dough and extra virgin olive oil, for a delicate, stretchy texture.
Our base is then hand-stretched and wood-fired, using beech wood on Italian lava stones -creating an irresistible crust that's crisp on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside.
Topped with our deliciously rich pizza sauce and generously layered with mouth-watering ingredients for those occasions when only The Best will do.

220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 8-10 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove all packaging including the base board. Place sachet to one side. Re-arrange topping as necessary. Place pizza directly on the middle shelf and cook until cheese has melted. For a crispier eat place the cooked pizza on a raised wire rack for 1 minute. Shake sachet then drizzle over pizza after cooking.
