Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

When peeling back film lid and removing after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (900W, 800W). After 6 minutes, peel back film lid. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir rice and sauce separately. Re-cover and return to the microwave to cook for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W), 3 minutes (800W). Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, peel back film lid. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir rice and sauce separately. Re-cover and return to the oven to cook for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
