Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature and keep sachet until required. Add a little oil to a pan on a medium - high heat. Once heated add steaks and fry for 6 minutes each side. Remove from the pan, place on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Heat sauce sachet in a jug of boiling water for 5 minutes, drizzle over and serve.
