Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Heat a pan to medium-high heat, add a little oil, sear joint for 6 minutes on each side, then place the joint in a roasting tray and cook for 35 minutes per 400g.
