Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Decant the Merlot gravy into a small pan and cook on a low heat, adding some of the leftover cooking juices from the beef and stir gently.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the protein pouch into an oven proof dish or foil tray and separate the pieces of beef if required. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C. After 20 minutes carefully remove from the oven removing the lid or foil, baste the beef with the cooking juices and return to the oven uncovered for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and serve beef onto a plate and spoon over the sauce.
