Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Partially peel back film lid, stir both compartments and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes, remove film lid and continue heating for a further 10-15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir both compartments thoroughly before serving.
