Like this Barbera d'Asti made in partnership with Araldica in Piemonte. We age the wine in a combination of large Slavonian oak barrels called Botti and French oak barriques for 12 months before being bottled to add further complexity.

Vinification Details
The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed, before undergoing temperature controlled stainless steel fermentation. The wine was then aged in a mixture of Italian Botti and French oak barriques for 12 months
