Storage And Usage

How to store Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening.
Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing.

Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines

How to cook Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. PLEASE REMOVE ALL PACKAGING BEFORE COOKING/DEFROSTING.

Oven from chilled.
Pre-heat your oven as 200ºC/ Fan 180ºC/ Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging including pad. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 180ºC/Fan 160ºC/Gas Mark 5 for remainder of cooking time. Cooking times (including 20 minutes at 200ºC/Fan 180ºC): Rare 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Medium 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes. Well done 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes. Once cooked remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
