Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times over both compartments. Place directly into the microwave and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid and stir well. Add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water to the rice and re-cover. Continue to heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w).
